Tee Time booking Procedures

All golfers must register in the Golf Shop prior to play!!!

Opening Date (TBA) - May 1st
For this period, Heritage Heights G&CC will process all tee times on a first come first served basis.  When your ENTIRE group is on the  premises, you may come to the Golf Shop and register your group.  Tee times during this period will begin at 9:00am, seven days a week, (subject to change for frost delays).

May 1st– October 1st
For this period, Heritage Heights G&CC will accept reserved tee times.  Members may book seven days in advance (green fee players - 5 days in advance).    Tee times for May will commence at 8:00am.  June – October tee times will start at 7:00am on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and 7:00am on weekdays, (No early exceptions!!!).

Month of October
Reserved tee times during this period will begin at 8:00am seven days a week, (Subject to change for frost delays).

October 31st – Closing Date
For this period, Heritage Heights G&CC will process all tee times on a first come, first served basis.  When your ENTIRE group is on the premises you may come to the Golf Shop and register your group.  Tee times during this period will begin at 9:00am, seven days a week, (Subject to change for frost delays).

During peak hours of operation, the Golf Shop Staff will pair twosomes up, to minimize slow play.  If one member of your group can be in charge of the booking, this will help prevent double bookings.  (NO 5-SOMES PERMITTED AT ANY TIME!)

Booking Instructions:
From the choices below, select the time range, date (up to 7 days in advance) for which you wish to reserve. (Singles must call.)
Click the Search button. You will be given a choice of five tee time options within your desired time range.
Choose one by selecting the appropriate number of golfers to the left of the time.
Click the Continue button. Enter your name, address, email, phone and credit card information including expiry date. We will not process your credit card until you arrive at the golf course for your tee time. However, we reserve the right to charge this card if you fail to cancel or do not show with the number of players in your reservation.
Confirm your reservation again and click Book. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
